Happy Sloth Art Print

Did you know that without sloths, there would be no avocados?

The now extinct giant ground sloths were one of the only mammals with a digestive system large enough to process the avocado seeds whole. They ate the fruit, and then dispersed the seeds far and wide.

While the sloths we see today don't have a large enough digestive system to process avocado seeds like their ancestors, they are all evolved from the giant ground sloth who could.
