It's Not Like We Killed Someone

We watch as an axe chops us down--another tree killed for progress. Our other tree friends watch, helplessly, looking down on us as we breath our last breath. But it's not like we killed a person, so it's not a crime, we've only killed animals, forests, habitats, our future, and the planet. The trees hope it won't come for them too, but in the end, they're all doomed, and, along with them, the animals that called that forest home.

This is the original work of art, and is set up to be printed only once, on a 16x16 canvas.  As a digital artist, working in a digital medium, sizes can be fluid until it is printed.
