We Persist, 2026

Even in the face of hate, when others try to tear us down, we will keep thriving. LGBTQIA+ folks have been here since humanity first walked the earth, and we will be here long after we're gone. Being LGBTQIA+ is as human as breathing.

This depicts a single flower drawn in the trans colors that has risen above the barbed wire that tangled underneath it.  Other flowers, red roses, are mangled and torn apart within the barbed wire.  This flower has managed to rise above it, and keep thriving despite the hatred trying to rip it apart.

This is the original work of art, and is set up to be printed on a 20x16 canvas.  As a digital artist working in a digital medium, sizes can be fluid until it is printed.
